Bag Swag will gladly offer a return of any regularly priced merchandise within ten (10) days after receipt of the item(s). All sale item(s) and vendor sales are final. We welcome you to return your item(s) by mail under our Return Policy. Please note that every rawhide/fur design is unique, and no two are exactly alike. The idiosyncrasies of the markings make each item unique. It is not a mistake.
The shipping fee is non-refundable and will not be included in the refund.

RETURN PROCESS
- Complete our Return Form by clicking the link below.
- Mail the items you wish to return to the address provided on the top of the return form within ten (10) days of receipt of the item(s). *** Items postmarked after ten (10) days of receipt or showing evidence of wear will not be accepted for return or exchange. You will be responsible for covering all shipping costs to return your item(s). This includes the shipping cost to return the item(s) to the return address and the shipping costs or shipment of the new item(s).
- Once your item is processed, we will issue you a refund in cash or the original payment method.
RETURN CONDITION
Please package the item(s) returned in the original packaging, including the tags and return form. Bag Swag has the right to deny the return of any item(s) that appear damaged, washed, torn, or do not have the original tags attached. Items must be free of stains, makeup, and fragrance.
